Chef's Salad

Alright, so last night was "Peak Wednesday" which is a thing the youth group at Edmond does one Wednesday a month.  In other words, the youth and their families ate dinner in the youth wing so I got the night off!  Tonight, however, was a different story.  It was just chef's salad.  Easy.  Simple.  Chef's salad...except apparently I cannot boil eggs.  I had everything ready to roll, but when I cracked the egg to peel it, it was totally raw.  And I'm not about to eat a raw egg on a salad.  In cookie dough, yes.  On a salad, no.  We finally got them cooked, as you can see, and the salad was good!
