I made some amazing turkey burgers tonight, recipe courtesy of a Taste of Home magazine I found. The patty is made of ground turkey, a link of Italian turkey sausage, crumbled turkey bacon, sage, dried cranberries, sage, and a hint of maple syrup. The sauce is a mixture of reduced-fat mayo and jellied cranberry sauce. I served them on onion rolls with some lettuce. Sweet potato fries and apple slices on the side. Delicious!
