Tonight I tried something new, Mini Greek Burgers. The "burgers" are made from ground turkey and mixed with onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. (I guess to be truly Greek, I should have used lamb...but I could not bring myself to do that.) I made the patties "slider" size (wishing I had one of those slider makers from the infomercial) and grilled them on the George Foreman. I served them in pita pockets with tomato, cucumber and a special sauce (plain, non-fat Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic). They were totally delicious! A great way to use ground turkey.
