Tonight we had grilled chicken with veggie pizza on the side. I marinated the chicken with Paula Deen's vidalia onion and peach grilling marinade (this comes in a jar...I think we got it at Wal-Mart). I topped the chicken off with cinnamon-sprinkled grilled peaches. The veggie pizza is something from Pampered Chef (kind of). I don't actually have the official Pampered Chef recipe, so I just kind of made it up. I used reduced-fat crescent rolls (crust), fat-free cream cheese and 1/2 pack of Hidden Valley Dips in dill flavor (sauce), and topped with fresh vegetables. It was pretty good!
The wall shelves in the living room are finally up! It turns out the wall is like curved... Obviously, they are not decorated yet, but I promised a picture:
