Well, I have to admit that I have not been to the grocery store this week, so tonight I had to scrape up what I could find. As luck would have it, the brother did not eat all of the meat sauce from last night AND there was spaghetti in the pantry. I cooked (and drained) the spaghetti. Added in the sauce. Decided it needed a little more. After a trip to the pantry, I added a can of petite diced tomatoes. I figured with the addition of the plain tomatoes, it would need more seasoning--sprinkled Italian seasoning into the mix. It turned out tasty! We had the steamable asparagus in the freezer along with some Parmesan.
